I rarely write such a detailed review but I really enjoy the food, being a frequent customer and this has been extremely disappointing. She once blackmailed her babysitter to sneak her out to Del Taco after school. My boyfriend had the epic steak & potato burrito and I had a free coupon, through their app, for a jumbo shrimp taco. I opted for the Del Taco Favorite box, which was a chicken taco, a Del taco, fries and a drink for 6.

The redesign looks fine (dark mode would be nice) and things feel like they run a bit smoother but this isn’t what your customers want. City, State/Province, Zip or City & Country Go Submit a search. All of which are different but consistent. I lost all of the previous orders from before which was disappointing because I like to pick and choose and the app still lacks Apple Pay or a better way to pay than manually entering card. The first time I tried to load an offer to my order it didn’t work, the second time it finally did. I used to recommend to friends the $2 off $5 deal when texted but now that seems broken too. I have been a much less frequent customer since this started.
It takes a long time to build up points that are worth less than the old offers. Can you please bring back the weekly offers to choose from if nothing else? I don’t want coffee - I want food. Now you have to use one offer at a time it seems and save it for use instead of just using it whenever - Then you get another offer which may or may not be good. I used to go to Del Taco every day but the new rewards are incredibly lacking.
